The single-ad guarantee (£145)

Love the first cut or full refund. If the first delivered cut of your ad isn't something you'd want to run, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full price: no forms, no argument. We keep the rights to the unused work. You can also choose to use your revision rounds instead.

Launch package (£1,250)

You approve the concept before you pay the balance, and you get two revision rounds on the hero ad. The deposit becomes non-refundable once production begins.

Three video ads a month (£390) and six video ads a month (£690)

No lock-in: cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. If you don't run any of the ads we deliver in your first month, tell us why and we refund that month.

Deals (Ad + website £345, Shop starter kit £595)

Each video ad in a deal includes two revision rounds. The single-ad refund promise applies to single video ads bought on their own.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

This guarantee is a voluntary promise from Hookvane. It is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have. Full contractual detail in our Terms of Service.
